3. Processing & Handling Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM (PST) are processed the same business day; orders after that are processed the next business day

Processing includes order verification, quality check, printing (if custom), packaging, and preparation for pickup by the shipping carrier

5. Tracking Your Order

7. Damaged or Lost Goods
